# Egg Manchurian a famous Chinese dish, is an Incredible source of protein, loved by all especially by eggetarians.😀
Ingredients:
Boiled eggs 4
Spring onion 8
Green chilli 1
Capsicum 1
Ginger 1 inch size
Garlic 5 pods
Oil 2 tablespoons
Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons
Dark soya sauce 1 tablespoon
Vinegar 1/4 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 tsp ( as required )
For batter:
All purpose flour 4 tablespoons
Corn flour 2 tablespoons
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cooking method:
First wash all the vegetables
Cut the spring onions ,capsicum finely.
Slit the green chilli remove the seeds and then finely chop it .
Peel the skin of ginger and garlic .. finely chop it . Keep all these aside.
Second
Remove the shell of boiled eggs and slit into 4 pieces longitudinally .
With 1/3 rd cup of water in a bowl mix the batter ingredients and make a batter without any clumps ... ( it should not be too thick or watery )
Now dip the egg pieces into the batter one by one and deep fry in oil in a pan .
Once all the egg pieces fried keep aside .
Third
1 tablespoon of oil in a heated pan
Sauté chopped garlic ,ginger and green chilli for a minute.
Then add spring onions ,capsicum and sauté for 2 minutes
Now add salt , tomato ketchup and dark soya sauce , vinegar 1/4 tsp and mix it and sauté for a minute.
Sprinkle black pepper powder then add the fried eggs and mix gently for a minute under
low flame
Your yummy egg manchurian is ready .
Transfer to a bowl and serve hot
