Cooking process:
Add 3 tbsp of oil to a heated pan .
Once oil is hot add the finely sliced shallots and sauté for 2 minutes until it becomes translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell leaves .
Add turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, salt 1/2 tsp dry mixture and sauté for 1 minute.
Add cut tomatoes, capsicum and sauté for 5 minutes on a low flame.
Add the diced cooked liver drained from the broth and mix gently for 2 minutes.
Now add the broth (which is the liquid left over in the pressure cooker following the cooking of the liver with added water) mix well and bring this to a boil.
Once it comes to a boil, close the lid and cook for 5 minutes on a medium flame, stirring intermittently so as to avoid the liver from burning and sticking to the base.
Then repeat the same process for another 5 minutes on a low flame stirring occasionally until it becomes thicker in consistency.
