Ingredients :-
Lady’s finger 300grams
Onion -1
Green chilli-1
Salt as required
Black Pepper -1/4 tsp
Oil 2 to 3 tsp
Mustard seed 1/2 tsp
Urad dhal 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves

Heat 2 to 3 tsp oil in a pan.
Add the mustard seeds and urad dhal.
Once they splutter add finely chopped onion,slit green chilli, Curry leaves and sauté.
Once onion turns light brown.

Add finely cut (round shaped) lady’s finger and keep stirring for 8 to 10 minutes on low flame .

Add salt and sprinkle black pepper powder, stir for few seconds and turn off the flame.
Your fresh nutritious lady’s finger is done.
