Nourishing mixed Vegetable soup

Ingredients:-
Green beans -10
Carrot -2
Beetroot- half
Cabbage - a small quantity
Shallots -5
Tomato -small size -1
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Garlic - 3 pods
Ginger - a quarter inch size
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Jeera - 1tsp
Saunf - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt as required
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Method

First wash all required vegetables. Peel the skin of carrot beetroot. Cut the vegetables as shown in pic
Place all the cut vegetables in a pressure cooker and add 4 cups of water ( 800ml)
• add the pepper jeera ginger garlic saunf
• add turmeric powder
• Close the cooker and put weight valve
• Cook until 5 whistles
• Open once pressure released
Smash nicely add salt and lemon juice and Strain it well.

Transfer to soup bowl ,decorate with coriander leaves
Enjoy your healthy nourishing soup
Best results if taken on empty stomach.. which I usually do 😀
