Ingredients
Onions-2
Tomato -2
Cashews-10
Butter 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 3 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 to 2 tsp ( as required)
Kasuri methi leaves 1 tsp
Fresh cream 50ml
Paneer 200 gms
Cooking method
Add 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
Roast cashews till brown.
Add the cut onions and sauté for about 2 minutes under medium flame till it turns light brown.
Then add the cut tomatoes and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Once it becomes to room temperature.
Grind the mixture in mixie or blender to a fine paste and keep aside.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan .
Once it melts and heated add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
To this add red chilli powder, Garam Masala powder, salt and sauté along with kasuri methi leaves for 2 minutes.
To this add the fine paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add water around 250ml and bring to boil.
Now add paneer cubes and close the lid cook for 5 to 6 minutes under low flame stirring gently in between.
Transfer to a bowl , garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream .
Your yummy delicious Paneer Butter Masala is ready to serve .
Goes well with phulka, chapathi ,naan .
