Ingredients
Wheat flour 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Diluted lukewarm milk 3/4 cup
Mix the above contents in a bowl and knead to soft consistency.
Make lemon size balls and roll each ball in chapati roller.
Take each piece put in dosa pan turn the other side.
Now put in stove flame turn either side.

Nice recipe, didn’t know can use milk, wondered if I have to set aside the knead for like 1 to 2 hours cooking it on dosa pan, definitely will try this
